I am super excited to finally write about our recent trip to Doha, Qatar. For one, we discovered and explored a beautiful country. And two, we were able to spend time with family – my husband’s father, his older brother, and his younger sister.
Hello! In 2016, the Husband, Baby Girl, and I travelled to Doha, Qatar. This was such a great and fun trip. The Husband’s sister and brother live in Doha and my father-in-law decided to stopped by Qatar before eventually going to the States for a couple of months. So this was the perfect opportunity for the family to be together.
Hello guys! 🙂 I know that I’m a little late with this blog post but here’s what I received in the beauty boxes of September. Plus I have also included two additional purchases I made online.
Growing up eating breakfast was not my thing at all. I can still remember my father forcing me to drink hot milk before going to school. It was just horrible! I remembered I liked breakfast when I was on holiday and he used to bitch about that because he didn’t understand why I ate breakfast on vacation and not school days. Anyways, that was just the way it was.
Back to school this year is a little special as Baby Girl is going to a new school. Again. We were talking about it the other day and in 9 years, she has already changed schools 5 times. She considers herself a pro now. LOL. But if things all go as planned, this new school will probably be her last until high school. Lire la suite
Yesterday we decided to spend the whole day in the city center of Metz. In a couple of months, Muse (commercial center) will open its doors and I am really excited about that. I know that a lot of people in the city center fear this opening as they feel that perhaps shoppers will prefer to go to Muse. Problem is, car park in the city center is a bit expensive, but on the other hand, I feel that shopping in the city center is more of a leisure. You definitely need to reserve an afternoon or even a day to just walk and shop at your own pace.
Hello guys! I hope you’re all doing good. 🙂
The weather has been so weird lately. It’s sunny, then 10 minutes later it starts raining, and then it’s sunny again. Unfortunately this goes on all day long. The husband had yesterday off and I was planning on having a family picnic. It was impossible to organize it with this kind of weather. Later in the evening, I thought we could go to the Fontaines Dansantes in the city center, but it started raining just when we were heading out. I hate rain so instead we stayed on and watched the movie, Jack. I’ve always loved that movie, but I can’t help but shed a tear or two at the end. Plus, I couldn’t help but think about Robin Williams. What a great actor – I’ve laughed and cried so much because of him.
It’s that time of the month again for me to show you the beauty boxes I received for the month of July. Just like the month of June (click here for the post), I stuck with the three – Glossybox, My Little Box, and Birchbox. And just like last month, I was pleasantly surprised but a little disappointed too. Lire la suite
Discover flavors. Local food. Social eating. Make new friends. Enjoy the experience.
These are just some words I would associate VizEat with.
Like I mentioned in the About Me section of the blog, I’ve recently started a liking for beauty products. Trouble is, I don’t particularly like putting on make-up. If given a choice, I’d honestly prefer to spend an extra hour sleeping rather than putting make-up on. I also grew up with a mom who barely put make-up on, except for her red Chanel lipstick and later on with a father who absolutely had no knowledge about make-up.
