Prescription Lab – Février 2019

Hello! I know I know, I’m late to post this, but in my defense the month of February is a short month! I received my Prescription Lab box about a week ago and I must admit I wasn’t very excited about its content. Mostly because I felt it wasn’t really adapted for me.

Here’s the content:

  • Pate Lavante Volumisante by Christophe Robin (hair care) – Yuka: 33/100 ?
  • Eye Make-Up Remover by Dr. Hauschka – Yuka: 50/100
  • Mon Blush Rose aux Joues by Prescription Lab (make-up)
  • Mon Pinceau joli teint by Prescription Lab (make-up brush)

So why do I feel like it’s not really adapted for me? First, the Pate Lavante apparently brings immediate volume and thickness to fine hair. Problem is, I already have long and super thick hair. I’m not sure I want more of that. Moreover, the Yuka rating is really bad.

The eye make-up remover by Dr. Hauschka is well-rated, but I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. Honestly, I am very lazy when it comes to removing my make-up so if I can have a single product to do it all, I’ll have a preference for that one. But don’t worry, I’ll try it for sure.

Regarding the blush, I’ve used it several times now. It’s not very highly pigmented, so it leaves a natural pinkish glow on my cheek.

The Cheek Blush is not so bad. It’s soft to the touch. What’s great is that it retracts and has a cover. This reminds me that I have to find a system to store my brushes in a way that they are covered and protected from the dust! If you have any ideas, don’t hesitate to tell me.

If you’re interested in subscribing to this box, send me your email address to get 5 Euros off your first box.

xoxo Elodie
