Hello! I know I know, I’m late to post this, but in my defense the month of February is a short month! I received my Prescription Lab box about a week ago and I must admit I wasn’t very excited about its content. Mostly because I felt it wasn’t really adapted for me.
Here’s the content:
- Pate Lavante Volumisante by Christophe Robin (hair care) – Yuka: 33/100 ?
- Eye Make-Up Remover by Dr. Hauschka – Yuka: 50/100
- Mon Blush Rose aux Joues by Prescription Lab (make-up)
- Mon Pinceau joli teint by Prescription Lab (make-up brush)
So why do I feel like it’s not really adapted for me? First, the Pate Lavante apparently brings immediate volume and thickness to fine hair. Problem is, I already have long and super thick hair. I’m not sure I want more of that. Moreover, the Yuka rating is really bad.
The eye make-up remover by Dr. Hauschka is well-rated, but I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. Honestly, I am very lazy when it comes to removing my make-up so if I can have a single product to do it all, I’ll have a preference for that one. But don’t worry, I’ll try it for sure.
Regarding the blush, I’ve used it several times now. It’s not very highly pigmented, so it leaves a natural pinkish glow on my cheek.
The Cheek Blush is not so bad. It’s soft to the touch. What’s great is that it retracts and has a cover. This reminds me that I have to find a system to store my brushes in a way that they are covered and protected from the dust! If you have any ideas, don’t hesitate to tell me.
