Sunday Brunch is our family thing. We all super love it. Unfortunately, the Husband works 3 weekends out of 4. This means that for that weekend he is home, I make sure I have ingredients to prepare a nice brunch. Then we’ll seat down as a family (sometimes in bed!) and talk about anything and everything!
So, what are our staples?
Funnily enough, I’m not much into routine or doing the same thing. That is, except for brunch. LOL.
Savory Smoked Salmon (with white onion slices and capers) Avocado Toast (sprinkled with sesame seeds, smoked paprika, and lemon/lime) Scrambled Eggs
Sweet Pancakes (with Maple Syrup or Chocolate Hazelnut Spread) Fresh Fruits
Drinks Coffee / Tea Fresh Orange Juice
