Brownies (Thermomix Recipe)

Baby Girl is part of a 4-girl group of friends at school. Sometimes they’re friends, sometimes they’re not. It’s head-spinning, really. One advice that I’ve shared with Baby Girl is « to not share deep secrets ». Who knows what will happen in middle school? When suddenly your elementary friends aren’t your friends anymore and the whole school knows that you still peed in bed until the age of 11. Not that’s the case with Baby Girl. Quick Beef Stir-Fry (Picard Products)

After my previous post on Picard products (click here for the post), several people asked me how I use them. As much as I love cooking, sometimes I just don’t have the time  to do so (especially after a long day of work). I could order take-out but that’s not so good for my monthly budget. I could also reheat store-bought ready-to-eat dishes, but that’s not my cup of tea. Again, question of budget and well, taste too.

Oven-Baked Chicken Legs

I must be crazy to use the oven today, but I really really really love this recipe. Plus, it’s so easy to prepare! Yesterday was such a hot day so I probably wouldn’t have done it then though. Temperatures reached 36 degrees Celsius. I had to go home early from work because I felt ill. Problem was, I was sweating all morning, really sweating, and then in the afternoon it dried up. I knew I was going to be ill. By 4PM, I was sneezing, had a runny nose, and feeling chilly. Today, maximum temperature reached 26 degrees Celsius, but most importantly it was a little bit windy.

Waffles (Thermomix Recipe)

I take great pleasure in cooking for my family. If you take a look at my Instagram account (click here), you’ll see exactly what I mean. Since I got my Thermomix TM5, I’ve been making regularly Waffles for Baby Girl. Actually, I make them on Saturday mornings. We eat about 2 each and I freeze the rest. These are eaten during the week for breakfast or sometimes Baby Girl brings some as a school snack. This saves us so much time during the week and money too!
