No exaggeration but I think I use our air fryer almost every day. I fell in love with it when the first chicken dish I made using it came out perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I'm a huge roast chicken fan and a lot of times I'll prepare a one sheet pan for lunch when I'm working from home. Now, instead of using the oven, I use the air fryer. I cook the chicken with garlic and whatever vegetables I have on-hand. By using the air fryer, it cuts the cooking time by half! And I find that the chicken is more juicy than when I cook it in the oven.
For someone who loves her air fryer so much, I'm surprised that I haven't posted more recipes here. Tsk tsk. Through the years, I've been experimenting with different marinades but this Honey Soy seems to stick. It's the perfect balance of savory and sweet! Depending on my mood, I'll sometimes add ginger or chili powder too. There's just so many combinations possible!
