It finally feels like spring is here and staying! Woohoo! 🎉
We wanted to go on a picnic about a month ago thinking that the weather was gonna cooperate but nope, it didn't. So instead, we had an indoor picnic. For that day, I made a Chicken Mushroom Pie which we happily chowed down in 2 seconds. A week later, we attempted to go on a picnic again which fortunately pushed through. Because I could still remember my daughter's happy face while eating the Chicken Mushroom Pie, I decided to make another and it was as delicious as the first time!
Through the years, Chicken Mushroom Pie has become a family favorite in spring. It's soooo good and goes superbly well with green salad. The top crust is perfect to scoop the creamy sauce. 🤤🤤
