Gift Ideas 2024 🎁

It's almost the New Year which means that, among other things, my husband, my daughter, and I will be preparing our wishlist for 2024. As a person with control issues, I'm not a fan of surprises. Haha. And as we get older, the Husband and I don't really like accumulating things we don't need or want at home anymore so the idea of making a wishlist seemed like a good one when I mentioned it a few years ago. Moreover, the Husband prefers it that way too because he's not the best gift giver. Sorry honey! 🤭 Actually, he does give nice gifts, but he gives gifts he likes and not gifts he thinks the receiver will like. So with the wishlist, he knows exactly what I like. Haha.

I saw this and I immediately thought of a friend of mine who loves hot sauce. I once gave him a bottle of Korean hot sauce which was just too spicy for me and he loved it. I hope he likes this too. Obviously I've tried the original one, Pepper Sauce, and I love it. I've also tried the Green Pepper Sauce and I liked it too. But I'm so curious about the Scorpion Sauce! Maybe I should get this for me too. 🌶

I feel like this was THE gift of Christmas 2023. A lot of people I know received this and I've given this to a few people - that's how good the scent smells! Givré translates to frosted and that's exactly what I thought when I first smelled it. Frosted Lychée!

I got this from a friend and I couldn't be more excited to read it! In fact, I suggested it to my book club group. Fingers crossed it might be our April book. I love the actor, so I have high hopes, although I know it's not good to overexpect!

Puzzles are always a good idea. So when I saw this, I thought of my brother-in-law. Not only is it made locally, it's a puzzle of a local landmark. They also have other interesting choices, but I thought he would really love the Citadelle.
