Anyways ...
My daughter, S, is on her two-week fall school break. We generally never go on holiday during this period of the year, instead, we like to chill at home and occasionally go to the city center. This is also the time of the year when the weather gets colder and it starts raining. 😕 I love having S at home with me. She works so much at school and she's so busy with her extra-curricular activities, so it's nice to cuddle and spend time together at home.
Last week was extra special because we had a little guest with us. She's the cutest little thing! Then this week, I have my niece's kids staying with us. I love them to pieces. And I love how I feel with them. Their innocence is so pure and bright - it's like a reminder that the world is not so big and bad after all.
If you haven't guessed it yet, I'm the cool, fun aunt. So when I thought of this week's meal plan, I decided to include the kids' favorites. Thankfully, they love vegetables (in all forms), so I can include some at every meal. I know it will be eaten for sure. And they love fruits so I'm not too worried about desserts this week. I made sure to stock up on fresh fruits, yogurts, and cheese!
