I'm attacking a pretty busy week. Last week was all about adjusting and getting things digitalised. This week, I have to prepare a 20-hour webinar for next week. It's not an easy task, but at least it takes my mind off things.
The most important thing is to be organised. I find that being organised helps me be less stressed. At work but at home as well. Especially now that work is at home. So I decided to come up with a weekly meal plan. First, to help me with planning our meals. Second, to keep a record of what I've been making. And third, to help with the grocery shopping list.
So here's what I have come up with for this week:
Of course, this is subject to change. Also, I didn't include anything for breakfast because it pretty much depends on our mood. I have a cupboard full of cereals, brioche, bread, chocolate hazelnut spread, oats, and many more. It's very rare for me to prepare pancakes or avocado toast during the week.
